Hello, I’m Caroline
I’m an ILM Level 7 Certified executive coach known for producing results. I coach senior executives and leaders to enhance their leadership presence, achieve their potential, make authentic change and achieve holistic balance. My clients enjoy the growth of new challenge whilst creating and maintaining the calm within.
I’ve been recognized by my profession for leadership excellence and I’ve been recognised for my leadership strategy by the organisations where I have held Executive and Non-Executive roles. I’ve done this whilst applying coaching culture to my business and expanding my knowledge and application of holistic wellbeing practices. My clients achieve what they desire.
I have a natural talent for understanding how people, processes and organisations work. I empathise with individuals and their individual challenges to change. My experience as a leader gives me insight into the real experience of executives and leaders and the isolation and lack of colleague community support at their level.
